Chantelle Houghton entered the Big Brother house as a nobody and left with celebrity status and a rock star boyfriend. Forget Posh and Becks, Big Brother spawned the nation's new favourite celebrity couple.
Following a whirlwind romance Ordinary Boys frontman Preston popped the question. The married on the 25th August 2006. Cynics waited in the wings to see how long their reality TV-borne relationship would last. After 10 months of marriage the couple announced their split after "much soul searching and tearful discussions".
Chantelle and Preston were by no means the first couple to fall in love under the glare of Big Brother's cameras - and they surely won't be the last...
