You might think you are watching Big Brother, but Liam is wishing it was Blind Date.

The cheeky Northerner is determined to get a certain two housemates together...but will he succeed.

Liam - who absolved himself of the sin lust earlier in the series - is trying to to hatch a plan with Big Brother to get Amanda and Brian together.

Joined by the twins and Brian in a Diary Room heart to heart, he joked: "We've come in because we're trying to hook two housemates up.

"We're trying to hook up Amanda and Brian; we think they'd make a nice kissy couple.

So we've come in to formulate a plan to try and get them together." After he had his say, Liam left the diary room along with Brian, who seemed to be a bit embarrassed about the whole 'plan', leaving the twins alone in the Diary Room.

Ignoring Big Brother, Sam told Amanda, "He really likes you." "Well, you get with him then," replied Amanda.

Big Brother asked: "Amanda, do you fancy Brian?" "Noooooo," Amanda promptly answered.

Poor Brian.

We think Liam and Sam need to try a bit harder in plotting this year's Big Brother's Big Romance.
