BB housemate Lesley spectacularly quit the show this morning, because she was bored and had better things to do with her time.

The 60-year-old walked out of the house at 9.15am claiming she couldn't find anything in common with the other girls, and was fed up of their vacuous chit-chat.

Earlier in the week the retired businesswoman told Big Brother: "I am more bored than is acceptable to me in the sense that I have better things to do." But a tearful Lesley still has a soft spot for her housemates.

She says: "Well I made, not friendships, never got anywhere like that, but you know I've formed slight bonds with people and they were lovely and gracious".

And she's got no regrets about the Big Brother experience: "I also enjoyed the challenge and the process...

of coping in a situation that was so alien to my nature".

Lesley quit the house just hours after the arrival of two new male contestants Gerry and Seány and is the second housemate to go after Emily was removed on Thursday (07Jun07).
