HUNDRED REASONS

Surrey based hardcore quintet Hundred Reasons emerged in 2000 from the ashes of two local bands, Jetpak and Floor. Championed by Kerrang! magazine and with a burgeoning live following, the band eventually signed to Sony Records. EP Two and EP three were released in 2001 and hit the UK Top 40. The band relocated to New York to record their debut album, Ideas Above Our Station in 2002, spawning the hit singles If I Could and Silver. By the time of 2004 album Shatterproof Is Not A Challenge, the band had polished their raw edge in anticipation of stadium greatness. While arena filling performances may still not be theirs, it's impossible to fault their anthemic, crunching guitar riffs and roaring melodies - in other words, good old fashioned, shouty rock music...
