East end rapper Dizzee Rascal makes urban angst sound like an episode of The Sopranos. The Rascal, real name Dylan Mills, came up through the UK garage scene as a member of London crew Roll Deep. Dizzee throws everything into the mix, rap, grime, ragga and on his 2004 hit, Dream, a chorus of Captain Sensible's Happy Talk!
