Jayne is next for Big Brother boot

Loud-mouth Jayne Kitt is the 8th person to be evicted from the Big Brother house.

The 36-year-old from Slough, Berkshire, told housemates: "I'm all right, I'm all right" when presenter Davina McCall announced the result of the vote.

The crowd shouted "get Jayne out" throughout the live broadcast.

She beat Canadian waiter Richard Newman, 33, who was nominated for eviction for the fourth time.

Jayne has repeatedly broken the rules while in the Big Brother house, leading to punishments for all the housemates.

After revealing the result, Davina told viewers: "Prepare yourselves for the biggest gob in Britain".

Jayne, the bookie's favourite to be evicted, received 67.1% of the vote.

On Thursday night she broke down in tears as she told the Diary Room she was not ready to leave. She said: "I'm not bragging but I'm a good character in the house. I know I am - I give it large."

Jayne's constant rule-breaking in the house led to repercussions for her fellow housemates. Talking about nominations led to all the housemates but Jayne being put up for eviction. She also cheated during an exam set by Big Brother.

Jayne wore a black halterneck dress and silver jewellery for the live programme, and turned to hug Richard first when the result was announced, before asking the rest of the group for a hug. She said: "I'm ready. I'm coming. I'm shaking like a leaf. I'm going down the stairs. Oh my God."
