Happy days are back in BB house

The sun's shining, the pool's in use again and Big Brother woke the housemates with a happy alarm call this morning.

Instead of sounds of the slaughter house, "House of Fun" by Madness was blasted through the house, making the group jump out of bed and dance around the garden.

But they were soon speculating over why BB had changed his tune.

Susie thought it meant the end of punishment week.

"Is it going to go back to being fun?" she asked, hopefully.

But Mikey was more sceptical:

"It could be ironic," he said.

Despite the good mood, there was still nothing to eat in the house, as the basic rations have all but run out.

Michael tried to swap his fruit for an egg, but then opted for a breakfast of pulses:

"Aw bless him, he's got a bowl of lentils," said Jayne. "Aw darling!"

"It's either that or it's nothing at all - up to you!" said Imogen, mimicking BB's harsh tone.

Later, the group were told to shut themselves in the bedroom, as Big Brother carried out it's latest plan.
