Not receiving email on new email accounts
Update 12:10 25/02 - Some customers have reported that their recently created TalkTalk email accounts are not showing emails when accessed from www.talktalk.co.uk/mail. If you have recently created an email account and can't receive email then log in at webmail.talktalk.net. There's no need to call us if you are affected, we'll update you Online when this issue has been resolved.
My Account planned maintenance 26th of February
There is planned maintenance on the My Account service on the 26th of February from 22:30 to the 27th at 6.30 while we perform some system upgrades. During this time you won't be able to log into My Account.
Slow speeds for some Fibre customers
Updated 10:28 17/02 Fibre customers connected to the Bridgend, Coleraine, Hastings, Londonderry/Meg and Peterborough Central exchanges may experience slow speeds at peak times. If you are affected by this issue don't call, check here and on the Community forums for updates.
