Problems with the Email Calendar
Some customers are experiencing an error message ‘A server error occurred while saving your event or To Do' when using the Email calendar. We are investigating this issue as a high priority and apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
Potential security issue
A security bug known as "poodle" could pose a threat to customers online security.
Phishing email requesting to update billing information
Please be aware that a number of customers have reported that they have received an email pretending to be from TalkTalk. Please delete this email and do not follow any of the links.
Problems accessing Tiscali email accounts
Some customers with @tiscali.co.uk email accounts are reporting receiving the following error "Login is disabled because there is an issue with your account" when trying to login to webmail. If you are getting this error message please reset your email account password and contact us. To protect our customers we have temporarily suspended some email accounts that were responsible for sending large amounts of spam email from our network.
