My Account planned maintenance this weekend
There is planned maintenance on the My Account service on the 22nd of May from 23:30 to 17:00 on the 23rd while we perform some system upgrades. During this time you will be intermittently unable to access My Account, you will not be able to make any changes to your service.
Delays viewing Mobile Data usage
Some mobile customers will be unable to view their latest mobile data usage in My Account or via the My TalkTalk app, affected customers may also not receive an alert for going over their usage limits.

Your web search may be interrupted with a one-off message if the site you are visiting could be unsuitable for children.
