Due to the recent bad weather some customers in the North Wales, Truro and Swansea areas may experience delays to their engineer appointments and some disruption to their services.
Some customers with @tiscali.co.uk email accounts are reporting receiving the following error "Login is disabled because there is an issue with your account" when trying to login to webmail. If you are getting this error message please reset your email account password and contact us. To protect our customers we have temporarily suspended some email accounts that were responsible for sending large amounts of spam email from our network.
