Traffic is being restored to emergency services first and then remaining services will be restored. Problems accessing Tiscali email account
Some customers may have issues accessing their Tiscali email accounts. Our engineers have identified that some email accounts may have been used to send large amounts of spam from our network.
Missing Sky boost and On Demand channels
Update 05/03 00:04 - Customers have reported that their Sky boost and On Demand channels are not appearing in the TalkTalk TV episode guide. This can be resolved with a manual update or by leaving the set top box overnight to automatically update.
Slow speeds for some Fibre customers
