Delays viewing Mobile Data usage
Some mobile customers will be unable to view their latest mobile data usage in My Account or via the My TalkTalk app, affected customers may also not receive an alert for going over their usage limits.

My Account planned maintenance 26th April
There is planned maintenance on the My Account service on the 26th of April from 20:00 to the 27th at 06:00 while we perform some system upgrades.
Email mailboxes and folders appearing empty
Some customers are reporting that their mailbox and folders are appearing empty. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. Latest Update 08/04 09.10: Our engineers have advised that all of the identified affected accounts are now fixed. They are continuing to monitor for any new cases.
Slow speeds for some Fibre customers
Updated 16:15 27/02 Fibre customers connected to the Bridgend, Coleraine, Hastings, Londonderry/Meg, Peterborough Central and Upton Park exchanges may experience slow speeds at peak times. If you are affected by this issue don't call, check here and on the Community forums for updates.
