Loans phishing example

Looking at the example shown below, the first thing we noticed was that the website wasn't secure, showing http and not https (secure). Entering your details into an unsecure site opens you up to data theft.
The request for your next payday details gives the phishers the chance to find out what day you'll be paid on. This allows them to target your bank account on the day when your wages are paid in.
By handing over your bank account number and sort code, they can now apply for loans in your name and have everything they need to impersonate you and steal your identity.
Don't get caught out. If in doubt send your emails to scambusters for further investigation.
If you're looking for a loan and want to make sure that the website is secure, Tiscali recommend
