Who cares?
I have been in a relationship for four years. My boyfriend has three children who are 19 years old, 16 years old and 14 years old who live with their mum in the same village as my boyfriend.

My boyfriend has three children to support and got divorced two years ago, his ex-wife got the marriage home in the divorce settlement though his name is still on the mortgage.

He has now told me that he cannot force the sale of the house if his ex-wife has not agreed the sale and also if the youngest son is below eighteen years old (he has four years to go).

We live 200 miles apart and see each other every other weekend (apart from holidays) as he has children one weekend then comes up to see me the next weekend. He says we are not moving forward in our relationship and we are going nowhere. I always said as long as his name was still on his ex-wife mortgage we could not live under the same roof. He is worried that he may become redundant at work but can afford to pay her mortgage till the end of the year if he is not working. He left my home (to which I have a mortgage) and we have hardly spoken to each other since.

He says he still loves me and cancelled the weekend he was supposed to be at my house due to work pressure. How do I sort this problem out with him? I still love him but don't want to move down there until the house is sold so that we can move forward as a couple.

Please help.
